As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service to our families, we operate a flexible system of attendance. Rather than setting fixed "session times", we allow our customers to set their own start and finish times for their children. This means that childcare can be tailored closely to your requirements, ensuring that you are spending money on top quality care at the times you need it. To ensure we can operate a safe and sustainable nursery, there are some simple restrictions which we ask customers to observe when deciding on their hours:
Your child needs to attend nursery for a minimum of five hours on each occassion they come in
Your child's hours need to be the same every week. However, they can do different hours on different days, and your regular hours can be adjsuted with one month's notice.
If your child is eligible for Early Education Funding, and you wish to use more than 3 hours of funding in any one day, your child's day needs to start at 7am or finish at 7pm.
We have provided a couple of examples below of our flexible hours system in action, and have demonstrated the impact this has on how much customers may spend on childcare each month. If you would like any assistance with understanding our system, or would like us to calculate some bespoke monthly fees for you, please don't hestiate to get in touch.
